How to Invite Specific Providers to Bid on a Project

Invitation Only Events

1. By selecting the Invitation Event access feature, a Buyer may conduct a Private Invite-Only auction.
2. This feature provides the option to invite existing members from the TelecomMentor marketplace or include specific email address(s) from potential providers who are not yet registered with the marketplace to bid on the project
3. .This is a great feature to attract new registrations and providers to the TelecomMentor marketplace for future business.
4. In the spaces provided, a Buyer may include the username(s) of providers who are registered members of the TelecomMentor marketplace, or invite external bidders by including their email address(s) in the space provided.
5. TelecomMentor will then send the invitees an email inviting them to bid on the auction event along with project details and a link that will direct them to the RFP Information Page to begin the registration process.

1. The invited Provider(s) must be logged into the TelecomMentor marketplace to see the new invitation in the MYCP Bid Invitation Activity.
